Piece of cake. Go buy an HD catseye from your local aftermarket shop. Get the one that comes with the backing plate and large license plate bracket (see J&P cycles online site, part #'s 19-752 Lucas type, 19-758 and 19-968 for blue dot lens or regular catseye type). The parts I listed fit 6.5" wide HD fenders, close enough with some minor tweaking to work on the Savage, but make sure of your fender width, if it would be closer, they are also available for 7" wide fenders.
